Well we hit 35 weeks this week. It is getting more real every day. Our little (still nameless) girl will be here soon.
Like most expecting parent’s with a smart phone, I downloaded 5 or 6 applications ranging from 50,000 Baby Names to What to expect Pregnancy. The one I have been paying particular attention too is the Pregnancy Countdown app.

Trains
$60 a week to stand on over crowded peak hour trains.
Sweaty overweight Men spreading their legs across 2 seats.
Rude young men not offering their seat to elderly.
Fricking anti social “quiet carriages”.
Trains leaving early.
Broken air-conditioning on 34
Degree 99% humidity days
Broken toilets only when you actually need to go.
Ignorant QR staff.

I am beginning to slowly realise what I am getting myself into. Before kids I used to say my top three things to do were -

Naming your child. It's kinda permanent.
OK, it’s getting more real. We went and saw the obstetrician yesterday. He moved our due date out to the 17th, but even an extra week won’t help us giving Sprinkles a name.
Well we are a little over 4 weeks away and we can’t agree on any names! Yeah fair enough, I have kinda named our other 3 kids, but come on she will be my little Princess.

Returning a cot mattress
We bought a cot mattress for Sprinkles yesterday and it was too big, so I took it back today… hey it isn’t my fault they had a 25% off sale, and it is every father’s god given right to spoil their daughter. I came home with -
