Spending some quality time with my little girl yesterday, giving her a peaceful bath.
I had the Vitamin-E cream and baby powder out ready for a massage. I cleaned her eyes, face, hair… in all her nooks and crannys and just let her lay in the warm water.

19th Jan, 6 Days old and time to go home.
We are all up early to make the long trek home to Queensland. It is a very exciting time for me as I get to put you in your Vintage Ruffle outfit. A big thank you to Nikki for expressing out the headband (and the awesome onesies ;)). As I starting dressing her in her 0000 outfit, I realise that she is still too small for it… but I didn’t care, my little girl was going home in frills!

Eve of 9+ months leave (pun intended)
I lay in bed on the eve of my official start date of Primary Carer Parental Leave and I know it is going to be the hardest, but most rewarding time of my life. I have had a taste of what’s to come taking care of my 3 boys for the last few days, which will be nothing compared to taking care of all 4 of them when Mel returns to work.

11.30pm 5/1/11 - Awoken by my beautiful wife. “I think I’m in labour.” After calling the delivery suite, they asked if bub was still moving and to wait an hour to see how we go. If there were any continuing symptoms to call back.
